Established in 1981, the BRG Trust offers employee benefit plans to small businesses and sole proprietors (from 1-49 employees) across Upstate New York. The BRG Trust has an excellent long-term reputation for providing multiple choice and progressive plan designs for coverages including medical, dental, disability, vision and life. In addition, we provide access to many other services to assist our small business clients, such as payroll processing, retirement planning and Human Resource consulting.

In order to remain objective and flexible for our client's needs, we remain independent from any one insurance carrier. Our staff of Benefits Specialists serve our clients by educating them on the plans available and helping them to select the plan that best meets their needs. We pride ourselves on our well-trained and friendly Customer Service Unit that is available from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to assist our members and their employees through any issues that may arise with their coverage.

Across Upstate New York, we have over 2000 small businesses as clients from all industry classifications. You must be a bona-fide business in order to become a member of the Trust, and certain carriers may have other specific underwriting criteria.
